Zoomorph was a writing partnership between myself and Laurie Lock, a very talented musician and lyricist. Roundabout Town was a long time in the making, Tony Chilvers, who did the original vocals emigrated before completing the song. I resurrected the song years after starting it and finished the vocals. The first part of the song features Tony’s original vocal, the second part features my vocal.
The song is all about a town called Glenrothes in Scotland. There are more roundabouts per square mile than anywhere else in the world!
The song describes driving around the town on a midsummer night and the new town sights and sounds.
